The store will begin distributing regalia to students on:    4/12/10

Students need to come into the store to pick up their regalia, we will be handing out regalia from 4/12 right up to graduation day. Please note  that we will begin distributing up to FOUR extra tickets to students on 5/11/10 at the ALFRED STORE. We can NOT guarrantee that graduates who wait to get their regalia after 5/11/10 will have tickets available.

Alfred Campus students need to pick up their regalia at the Alfred Store during regular store hours.
Wellsville Campus students need to pick up their regalia at the Wellsville store during regular store hours (after 5/7, Wellsville students need to pick their regalia up at the Alfred Store).

The Alfred Store will be open on Graduation Day from 9:00 - 5:00

Online students who can not make it to the store can call and make arrangements for us to ship their regalia (please allow enough time for shipping, shipping charges will apply).

ALL students expecting to receive regalia will need to have their graduation fee paid in full, students would have had the option to pay this fee when processing their bills while at Alfred State. We will varify if the graduation fee has been paid, if it has not, the fee can be paid at the time the regalia is picked up or shipped.

Graduates can get up to FOUR tickets when they pick up their regalia. Starting on May 11th, the Alfred Campus Store will begin distributing any extra tickets (up to FOUR more at this time). Any tickets remaining on the day of Graduation will be taken to the McLane Center for distribution at the door.
